General Notorization Rates:
- Acknowledgements/Jurats-$10.00 per signature(travel fees may apply depending on distance)
- Loan Document Signings-Single Set -$80.00, additional sets -$50.00
- Print E-Docs - $35.00 (Lender/Borrower's copies)
- Emergency same day signings - $100.00
- Sunday's & Holidays + $25.00
- Local pick-up and drop-off of documents at no charge
- $1.00 per page for fax-back from remote locations (i.e. Kinko's)
First 40 miles included in standard fee (for Loan Doc Signings), 48.5 cents per mile will apply thereafter.
